The approx fee is 2% of your sale deed's stamp duty 

For Example : 

You buy a property worth of Rs. 50 Lakh 

The stamp duty you pay is 5.1% of Rs. 50 lakh. The stamp duty is Rs. 2,55,000/-

The khata fee is Rs. 2,55,000*2% = 5,100 (approx)

Pay the stamp duty at nearest Bangaloreone or Karnatakaone center.
