What is the criterion for a Buyer to decide to go to RA after the Bid on GeM?

For RA creation, Buyer has to declare upfront if the intent of Bid is RA.In case of multiple L1 or a tie, it is mandatory for the Buyer to go for RA irrespective of the intent.

exact error is : Validation Failed. Mismatch of fields: acknowledgement number, info type etc. etc.

Answered on August 26,2023In my GeM account, under MSME tab after entering the Udyam number and the phone number, I get an error saying "Udyam already taken". Only after I finish this, I can move on to Vendor assessment part. What to do?
May be one more GeM id is registered with this UAM. Need to disable that account.
