What are the procedures to correct the Date of Birth occured due to clerical error in Kerala SSLC mark sheet?

If the error occured due to clerical mistake, it can be cleared by a special order from Joint Commissioner without submitting chalan of Rs. 500. Documents send along with the application are:

  • Application affixed with a court fee stamp of Rs. 5.00
  • Report from the Head Master giving details of clerical error
  • Original application form of admission in his/ her first standard, if the date has been given correctly
  • Extract of school admission ticket
  • Original TC (tansfer certificate), if the error occured in it
  • Original Birth Certificate
