What are the procedures to correct the Date of Birth in SSLC mark card in Kerala?

School going students can forward the application through the Head of the School. Unless the applicant is a school going student, application shall be routed through the Headmaster of the School in which he/ she last attended SSLC Examination. Authority to make changes in date of the birth of any student in any certificates or registers is bestowed to none other than Commissioner for Examination.

Those who are passed out from school or relieved (failed) from school can only be applied with special government order. They can apply to Secretary, General Education, Secretariat (Annexe), Thiruvananthapuram. The application can send along with the copy of Birth Certificate and SSLC Certificate.

Prescribed Application Form from the Pareeksha bhavan can be used. If the applicant is school going, his/ her parent or guardian have to apply, otherwise (if he/ she is passed SSLC), he/ she have to apply themself.
