The main criteria are given below

1. The loan applicant should have domiciled abroad for at least two years continuously and had returned permanently. Copy of passport and visa exit to be produced in proof and also Norka Roots is the authority to fix the eligibility regarding Pravasi status and hence sanction from Norka Roots to be obtained. Online application facility is not available for PBMS.

2. The age of the loan applicant should be between 21 and 65.

3. The loan is sanctioned only for investing in new business or project/ entrepreneurship and documents should be produced to prove and sanction from corresponding authorities should also be produced if the project require that.

4. Loan is issued only to one person from a family.

5. The applicant should not be a defaulter in any scheme of KSFE.
