The name of father can be corrected only if it is occurred due to clerical error.Documents required are listed below.

  • Original SSLC Card
  • Copy of Admission register in a stamp paper of Rs. 20
  • Letter from Headmaster furnishing the details of errors
  • A detailed request from the applicant affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 5.00
  • Chalan of Rs. 30 (head of account 0202-01-102-92 other receipts)
  • Attested copy of application of admission in his/ her first standard
  • Copy of admission register
  • Letter from the head of respective school
  • Attested copy of TC
  • Copy of admission register of the Upper Primary school where the applicant studied
