You can apply Online patta transfer at eSevai Mayam.

You can get it yourself by applying online. 

Go to eservices.tn.gov and apply for patta. 

Nowadays , patta is applied at the time of registration itself at the SRO(sub register office). 

After registration you'll be provided with the slip that has reference number. With that you can check the status anytime.

Once the process is done you can download it online from the above said website.
