Vehicle is under my fathers name and he passes away 2 years back. Now we would like to sell the vehicle and we have the legal heirship certificate. Is it possible ?

  For vehicle ownership transfer i completed the online form and submitted the original documents at the sellers RTO. But the online form was filed to the Buyers RTO. Will the documents be send by sellers RTO to Buyers RTO by the government itself? Or will it be processed at the seller RTO and new RC send to buyer by the seller RTO? Or do i need to collect back the original documents from my RTO and submit it at buyer RTO? It has been almost a month and application is not inwarded yet.

  I sold my 2 wheeler. When i am selecting rto, which rto must i select? Transferor near rto or transferee near rto? And when i paid the payment its showing session expired? Am not able to pay the fee. And i have given the vehicle? And i filled the form but payment failed. Ini ithu ok akunathinidayk vandik nthelm preshnamundayal who is responsible ?

  I want to change my name in RC. I tried online. Message shows vehicle is active in more than one rto/ state. "Alert!!Vehicle registration status found active in more than one RTO/ State, Please contact respective RTO for de-activation of vehicle registration as per your requirement". What is this ?

  I am going to sell my vehicle to a person . Who was residing in malappuram . I am now at trivandrum . Sir what are the process I have to do inorder to intimate the RTO offical such that my vehicle was sold . I know the detials if the rc ownership transfer in parivahan site . I want to know what else I should do whether I have to send the copy of the signed documents to RTO officals or not ?
