Before the issuance of Electoral Bond money can be refunded to the applicant if ? Applicant/ Remitter is unable to fulfill KYC guidelines ? Applicant/ Remitter could not reach Designated SBI Branch within the sale period time for collection. ? Clear funds not received before the closure of Electoral Bond sale period.
