The Service Name is “Issue of Bus Passes to School Children”.  In Sakala there is no option for renewal of Bus Passes.

The documents required to receive the service “Issue of Bus Passes to School Children” are:

1. DULY FILLED AND ATTESTED APPLICATION FORM BEARING RECENT PHOTOGRAPH OF THE APPLICANT.

2. TUITION FEE RECEIPT FOR THE CURRENT YEAR (EXEMPTED IN CASE OF GOVT SCHOOL STUDENTS)

3 . IDENTITY CARD ISSUED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN CURRENT YEAR (OPTIONAL FOR PRIMARY AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS)

4. RECENT PHOTOGRAPH OF THE STUDENT.
