Such problem may occur when we hold on the same page for too long time (site may logout automatically when we are not using the page for too long time)
We suggest you, expedite your time to fill out an application and also use mozilla firefox brower
I faced similar situation on chrome and it worked well on mozilla firefox

But I am not receiving any sms for each stage as mentioned in sakala FAQs. I have checked the acknowledgment slip and my phone number details are correctly provided. After uploading documents and aadhar authentication, without showing the acknowledgement page, it switches back to login page again. I have tried several times from chrome and IE. In chrome, it saying some security issues, but in IE no errors but it simply going to login again.10 times filling the entire application is painful. Why it is not saving the entered details? Answered on October 30,2021I bought a flat in Bangalore applied for a khata transfer through Sakala website on 19th Aug 2021, its been more than 2 months the application is stuck at pending state fees details are not uploaded in Bangalore one and no sms is received. Everytime I call sakala support they give same status - check after 2-3 days. Finally, I mailed them and they send me a reply that sakala portal is down for last 1 month and no khata transfer is done. Is there another way of doing khata transfer?
