  I have applied for KSEB soura project last year (2020 somewhere between March and May). Necessary application fee also paid but no positive response from KSEB engineers. I have contacted concerned engineers but I receive only excuses such as shortlisting of developers/contractors, Assembly election, Election results, formation of new ministry and new policies and so on.Next excuse may be the monsoon.
