Our catalogue upload is rejected multiple times because of admin rejection reason as "image/technical parameter name does not fit as per category requirement. Please upload product as per category". What to do?

  I've listed my product in GeM in the Universal Category. I have shared the catalog link with a buyer. But for the buyer it just shows "You are not authorized to view this Product". May I know why this could happen? The catalog is in published status.

  In my GeM account, under MSME tab after entering the Udyam number and the phone number, I get an error saying "Udyam already taken". Only after I finish this, I can move on to Vendor assessment part. What to do?
