സാ മില്ലുകൊണ്ട് താങ്കൾ നേരിടുന്ന ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ കാണിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അവക്ക് പരിഹാരം ഉണ്ടാക്കി നൽകുവാൻ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ സെക്രട്ടറിക്ക് പരാതി സമർപ്പിക്കുക. ആവശ്യമായ നടപടികൾ അവർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അവിടെനിന്നും താങ്കൾക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ പരിഹാരം ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ താങ്കൾക്ക് തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഓംബുഡ്സ്മാൻ മുൻപാകെ ചുവടെ പറയുന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ പരാതി സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

Any such grievance related to business establishments can be reported to the LSG Department, where they prima facie investigation regarding the issue will be done   and will ask for a detailed explanation from the owner of establishment and  if they find any evident substantiating your concern, them the same will communicated with respective authority Like Pollution Control Board to have a site inspection and investigate on the grievance  reported, and if they find weightage to the concern reported then they may ask for corrective action or may take action according to the standard procedure.
