The validity of learners license is extended up to 30 th September. Still you want to renew, you need to upload new eye test certificate.

Yes. But you don't need to appear for a test. Apply online for renewal only

In the document needed medical certificate is not asked moreover in the form it says medical certificate is for 40 or above aged.
You need eye certificate and Form 1-self declaration only

Check status. You might have passed. Contact RT office also.
