My income certificate RD number is not valid. In scholarship portal, they are asking to enter valid RD number and now what should I do and also it's a new income certificate?

As it is a new income certificate, the respective department might not have digitized the records and shared it with the scholarship portal. It would be better if you reach out to Scholarship authorities by mail or phone about the issue.
