My family lives with my grandmother and the house and land is in her name. Am I eligible for EWS?

  My Sunni muslim family does not possess any land or house but my grand father has land which he has yet to distribute among his offsprings. I applied for Ews certificate . I am being denied as my mother may receive a share which works out little more than 100 square yards. That is going to happen after he distribute it or after his death. As my octogenarian ailing grand parents may have to dispose off part of it for treatment and other unseen expenditure. At this stage it is not presumable how much share my mother gets ultimatly. Are the revenue authorities justified to deny me Ews certificate on this ground at this stage.?

  I am a farmer's son in AP. We have land of 7.15 acre. Am I eligible for EWS certificate ?
