Please go to the Issued Document section in your DigiLocker account and click on the "Refresh" icon corresponding to your Driving License to get the updated data. In case you are still getting the old data, then please verify if the Driving License available on the Parivahan Portal of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) is showing your updated data. If you get your updated data on this Parivahan Portal, only then you will be able to fetch/view updated Driving License in DigiLocker.
