My Chitty payment done through online.The page shows bad request and money debited from my bank.Will I get my money back. How many days will it take to refund the amount ?

  My father has ksfe Chitty in trivandrum . He passed away recently. The chit amount has not been paid for last 1-2 months as he was hospitalized and bedridden. Can I pay the missed installments and continue the chits with his name . Or should I close the chits ? I also saw an insurance type claim for pravasi chits incase of deceased but my fathers chits is regular one not pravasi chit category. What to do?
