One and Same Certificateന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ രണ്ട് പേരിൽ അറിയപ്പെടുന്നത് ഒരാൾ ആണെന് നമ്മുടെ വീടിന്റെ അയല്പക്കത്തു താമസിക്കുന്ന രണ്ട് അയൽവാസികളുടെ സത്യപ്രസ്താവന ഒരു വെള്ളക്കടലാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തണം. അവർ തന്നെ വില്ലജ് ഓഫീസർ മുമ്പാകെ എന്ന് എഴുതിട്ട് ഇന്ന വീട്ടിൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന ഇന്നയാൾ ആയാ ഞാൻ ബോധിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.രണ്ട് പേരിൽ അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ഇന്ന ആൾ ഒരാൾ തന്നെ ആണ് എന്ന് ഞാൻ സാക്ഷ്യപെടുത്തിക്കൊള്ളുന് എന്ന് എഴുതി ഒപ്പിടണം.
