My and my wife's mobile number is common. Recently we both have taken 1st and 2nd vaccination. How can I get both's vaccination certificates in the same digilocker?

  I am a student who finished my class 10th batch in year 2020. I am unable to download certificates and mark sheet because I entered the name that was given in my Aadhar card which is my name starting letter is uppercase and other letters followed by first letter will be lowercase. But in my registration from school to CBSE board they had given my name in full uppercase letters which i was unware of.
