Yes, before the chart preparation, IRCTC usually sends ticket confirmation details via both SMS and email. Since your phone is lost and you can't receive SMS, you can still check your email if it’s linked to your IRCTC account. All important details like ticket status and PNR updates will be sent to your registered email. Currently, IRCTC does not send ticket details through WhatsApp, so you won't receive it there. To stay updated, you can also log in to the IRCTC website or app using your credentials and check your PNR Status directly.
