I've applied for KPTCL exam but my caste certificate was not valid on/or before the last day of submission of application. They have mentioned in their website that it has to be valid on that day. Now I have applied for caste certificate. Do they consider it during document verification?

It is up to the respective authority to take a call on whether to accept you or not. I cannot give an exact answer for it.

However, one thing that is to be noted is that caste certificate issued by Government of Karnataka for SC/ST or BC is valid till it is cancelled.

As your caste certificate is not cancelled by you or the authority, it remains valid.
