All actionable petitions are forwarded to the concerned authorities (Ministries/ Departments/ State Governments) for action as appropriate. The redressal of grievance is under their purview. The same is reviewed by the concerned authorities. Further, the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances periodically reviews the disposal of petitions lodged in CPGRAMS with the concerned organizations.
