There is no minimum wages fixed for expatriate workers in Saudi Arabia. The Government of India has recommended Minimum Referral Wages for various categories of jobs in Saudi Arabia which may be consulted (https://emigrate.gov.in) for guidance while negotiating the Employment Contract.
