PAN Card copy of the proposed Directors of the Company will be required for Company Registration. PAN or Permanent Account Number is a unique identification number issued by the Department of Income Tax in India. It is mandatory for Directors who are Indian Nationals to submit PAN during the incorporation process. While Aadhar Card is the acceptable address proof for Indian Nationals.

Yes. The companies (incorporation) rules notified has liberalized many requirements in respect of Proof of Identity and Proof of residence in respect of Subscribers and Directors. The Companies (Incorporation) third Amendment Rules dated 27th July 2016 has relaxed the mandatory attachment of proof of identity and residence in respect of a subscriber having a valid DIN.
