Yes, it is possible. Here is the step-by-step procedure to create power of attorney (POA) in USA and send it to India.

Step 1: Prepare draft POA in word file.

Step 2: Print the POA draft on A4 size paper. Attach your passport size photo to POA

Step 3: You should sign the POA in front of Indian consult or Notary public in USA. Get POA attested from Indian consult or notary public in USA.

Step 4: Send the POA to your POA holder in India by reputed courier

Step 5: POA holder in India, should adjudicate the POA in a district registrar office, in the jurisdiction of where the property located.
