Is it acceptable to police if I save all my bike papers and my driving ID in Digilocker?

If you show the documents from "Issued Documents" section by logging into his/her digilocker account, the same will be considered as valid proof of identity. However, the documents uploaded by the passenger in "Uploaded Documents" section will not be considered as a valid proof of Identity.

Documents in Digilocker are valid, but in case of any violation committed by driver/rider or if the vehicle is seized, original (hard copy) DL/RC is required.

Also, please note that Pictures of the document kept on mobile are not valid. You have to get it from Digilocker. The process to get Driving License, RC and Emission Certificate from Digilocker is provided below.
