Now at the 3rd time of my passport renewal they are objecting because in both earlier made passports , there is a difference of spouse name. What do you suggest me ? 1.Name change ? Or declaration of "both are the same person" ? 2.In state gazzette or national gazzette delhi ? Is there any agent in Ludhiana who assists in this ? 3.The State gazzette publication address? Will I apply or the declaration will be from my wife?
