If the registration of a real estate project is canceled, the K-RERA has ample power to order the return of the remitted amount with interest and compensation to the allottees. In the case of revocation of registration of a real estate project, the Authority in consultation with the Government can take steps as it may deem fit for carrying out the remaining development works by the competent authority or by the association of allottees.
