If  my residential area is a City where I and my family used to live on rent and my own house is in village and I have all documents ( Aadhar card, pan card,etc)  belong to city not my own place that is village. Then is it possible to get EWS certificate  from my village?

  My Sunni muslim family does not possess any land or house but my grand father has land which he has yet to distribute among his offsprings. I applied for Ews certificate . I am being denied as my mother may receive a share which works out little more than 100 square yards. That is going to happen after he distribute it or after his death.
