Yes. There are routes to get a PR in Canada after you complete your studies. In fact, they have been providing PR to Canadian Experience Class (CEC) a lot with a very low cutoff these days. Applying through the CEC pathway is easier than the Federal Skilled Workers pathway (Direct Express Entry system for international immigrants). To properly answer your question, once you complete your studies, you have to work there during the stay back period and use that experience to apply under CEC Category.
