Reason for FASTag Blacklist.
- FASTag Account with Negative Balance
- FASTag Account with Low Balance
- FASTag Replaced / Closed
- FASTag Account with NON KYC & Unable to TopUp.
Go to My FASTag App (Download it from Play Store)
Check FASTag Status.
You will Get FASTag Issuer Bank Name & Current FASTag Status
* Recharge Your FASTag as Per Issuer Bank. Your Account will be Active.
* if you are Unable to TopUp FASTag Call to Customer Care, (1033 NHAI) Know How to Update KYC.
- After FASTag KYC Approval You can TopUp your FASTag.

FASTag gets blacklisted when it doesn't have the minimum balance. You can just recharge it with an adequate amount so that it goes above the minimum threshold limit.
When balance reaches above the minimum level, Fastag will automatically be removed from the blacklist.
