I was applying for voter card using voter helpline mobile app and I choose digilocker for uploading documents but OTP was not received.Please suggest ways to fix this problem of not getting OTP.

  I changed my mobile and installed Digilocker app. When logined, my account Digilocker shows "Aadhaar number already registered with DigiLocker. You can access your account using your credentials. What do I do?

  I was not getting my otp while logging in digilocker. Then I reinstalled the app and again trying to log in. But, now OTP is being sent on an unknown number and it is showing that digilocker is logged in already. What to do now?
