Please visit KBS Pass Counter where they make necessary changes in passes. (shared by official bmtc account )

You need to go to kbs pass counter they'll make necessary changes. Later you need to go to the banglore one centre and get a new card 

They may ask you to pay 100 for that. But it'll get sorted
