Home |Karnataka RTO | I took NOC from karnataka(KA02) and moved to hyderabad in 2009. I have paid ife time roadtax in Hyderabad and in 2011 moved to Bangalore. Now I want to sell my bike. I have taken non utilization certificate in 2009 and have not submitted to Bangalore rto. Now my vehicle registration is getting lapsed in 2 months in Karnataka. Now I am moving to hyderabad and want to sell the bike. If I want to cancel the NOC in Karnataka. Do i need to pay any penalty? Or if I register in Hyderabad do i have to pay penalty? As I have to move in 20 days what is the best possible solution.
