I signed up for digilocker with my Aadhar number and now I'm unable to create a username for the same. What to do?

During the Signup process, you might have already created the username.The username creation proceess is one time, irreversible activity. Once set, it cannot be changed.
Also, please note that you do not require username to login anymore. You can type your mobile number or Aadhaar instead of username. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Submit the OTP and you will be able login to your account.

But unable to set username on the next page of signup process. Says something went wrong. When tried to login using the aadhar or registered number and pin it says invalid aadhar/mobile number or invalid pin. Not a straightforward process in digilocker please resolve this issue
