Where to start? i) Tirupur is the capital for textile. So anywhere around. Because you are primarily possessed with production. Availability of raw materials, tech-how, work force, etc will be cheaper and easier here.

regarding subsidy. Better business development loan from MSME. If not already registered, kindly register with your existing address and mention proposed Tamilnadu business as your branch. Prepare a Project report and submit at any bank preferably a commercial bank like Bank of India, IndusInd, etc along with your other documents like Aadhaar, PAN, etc. Wish you all the best.
