I re registered my 2 wheeler in Bengaluru Karnataka, my previous regn. state was Chennai , tamilnadu & had HSRP , Now I got new regn. number with KA, but RTO Bengaluru is not able to take print out my R.C., RTO staff says that to contact vehicle dealer, where it was purchased, for New HSRP re-order. Already contacted & mailed also to re order newHSRP with new number. It's almost a month, but not yet received any reply. I just want to know with out new HSRP updation, can't RTO print RC?

  I own a bike registered under Kerala Adoor RTO. For a short duration of time, I was in Bangalore. During that time, I paid the road tax in Janbharathi ( KA41), Bangalore for lifetime tax.Now its time for reregistration of bike.   RC ഓണർഷിപ് മാറ്റാൻ അക്ഷയ വഴി ഓൺലൈൻ അപ്ലൈ ചെയ്തു . 5 ലക്ഷം ആണ് തുക . എന്നാൽ പാൻ കാർഡ് വേണ്ട എന്നാണ് അക്ഷയ സെന്ററിൽ ഉള്ളവർ പറയുന്നത്. ഡോക്യൂമെന്റസ് അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത ചെയ്ത ശേഷം ഇ-ടോക്കൺ എടുത്ത് RTO ൽ പോകണം എന്നാണ് അക്ഷയ സെന്ററിൽ നിന്ന് അറിയിച്ചത് . അവർക്കു പുതിയ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ അറിയാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞതാണോ ?

  After മാർക്കറ്റ് accessories നു പിഴ ഈടാക്കുന്നു. പിന്നെ എന്തിനാണ് ഈ സാധനങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കാനുള്ള അനുമതി കൊടുക്കുന്നത്.പ്രളയ സമയത്തു ഇതേ പോലീസ് modified offroad വണ്ടികളുടെ സഹായത്തോടെ രക്ഷപ്രവർത്തനം നടത്തുന്നു. അത്‌ കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇതേ വണ്ടികൾക്ക് ഭീമമായ പിഴയും.ഇത്തരത്തിൽ ഉള്ള accessories വിൽക്കാനും വാങ്ങാനും ഉള്ള സർക്കാരിന്റെ guidance എന്താണ് ? എന്ത് കൊണ്ട് ഷോപ്പിൽ ഇതിന്റെ വില്പന അനുവദിക്കുന്നു ?
