I passed my CBSE exams in 2017 but I am not able to download my marksheet in Digilocker. It keeps showing that the document is getting fetched then something went wrong. Please help?

  I was not getting my otp while logging in digilocker. Then I reinstalled the app and again trying to log in. But, now OTP is being sent on an unknown number and it is showing that digilocker is logged in already. What to do now?

  As I gave CTET 2021 exam and I passed also. But my name in aadhaar card is wrong and in ctet marksheet it is correct. I made digilocker id with the name in adhaar card. As I filled roll no and other details then it is showing no name match. How can I download my mark sheet now as my digilocker id and marksheet name is different?
  Kindly note that to fetch any document in DigiLocker your Aadhaar name should exactly match with your Document name.
