You need to wait for some time, the amount either gets recharged in your wallet or gets refunded in your source account, max. TAT for the same is 15 days. If you didn't get the amount either way within the stipulated time frame you can raise a complaint with the FASTag issuer bank & the payment gateway.

Answered on March 11,2021When I crossed the toll it was wrongly debited an amount of Rs.475/- for an LMV on 30-01-2021. It was now black listed. Raised chargeback with Airtel Payments bank. Response is very poor and so far it is not resolved. Secondly as it was black listed the fastag is not effective for usage. What is the solution ?
