I paid Rs 400 and Rs 200 in fastag account but this amount has not been reflected in the recharge. What to do?

You need to wait for some time, the amount either gets recharged in your wallet or gets refunded in your source account, max. TAT for the same is 15 days. If you didn't get the amount either way within the stipulated time frame you can raise a complaint with the FASTag issuer bank & the payment gateway.
