I own a villa in a private layout in Bangalore. as per the builder guidelines and sale deed its mentioned that I can't do any structural changes in the building. but as there is no gated community concept in Bangalore, and I pay property tax and individual Khata etc, how can the builder restrict me to make any structural changes inside and outside the villa and also make additions or modification or alteration etc. Can I resort to Building Plan approval authority in Karnataka and get my building renovation plan even though my builder doesnt allow me to even change the color of my villa. When there is no Gated community concept in Karnataka why Should I be barred from making changes in my own villa?
