First you need to check with the TIS NHAI that if the return journey facility is available at that particular toll plaza as a very plazas does not have this facility, if the facility is available you can raise a complaint with the NHAI helpline 1033 with all the relevant documents & information.

The amount shall show in FASTag wallet balance.

Answered on March 11,2021When I crossed the toll it was wrongly debited an amount of Rs.475/- for an LMV on 30-01-2021. It was now black listed. Raised chargeback with Airtel Payments bank.
