I lost my mobile number and forget the pin in digilocker. How to reset my mobile number and pin?

Kindly click on menu (for app)/ profile photo (for web) then "my profile", click on the pencil icon beside mobile number and follow the process.

Please try to reset the security PIN again by following the below-mentioned steps:

1. Kindly log on to Digilocker website and click on Sign In

2. Click on Aadhaar/Username and tap on Forgot Security PIN

3. Enter your Aadhaar number and DOB.

4. Click on "Try using Aadhaar OTP instead!" at the bottom of the page. OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar-registered mobile number.

5. Submit the OTP and set your new Security PIN.
