I have sufficient balance in my fastag. But when my vehicle pass through toll plaza they say it is blacklisted. But my wallet id will be having balance . They say it is server problem. Few toll plaza record vehicle number and debit it later. But Toll plaza operated by NHAI do not have that facility they say. Now what can I do?

There is a chance that any previous FASTag is in low balance or hotlist which pops up at the time of checking the VRN. Kindly contact the FASTag issuer bank & get it rectified else you may call 1033 NHAI helpline.
