Fitness Certificate is valid for 15 years at the time of purchase. So the validity of the fitness certificate got expired in 2018. Fitness Certificate is currently expired for almost 2 years. There is a fine/penalty of 50 per day after expiry of fitness certificate + 500 if not applied before 30 days. So if it is expired for 200 days, then you need to pay INR 10500 (50*200+50).
