  My DOB in Adhaar Card is wrong and I logged in Diglocker with the same wrong DOB as per Aadhaar card. So if I update my DOB in adhaar will it be show in Digilocker too?
  Yes, after updating profile in DigiLocker your new DOB is reflected in DigiLocker account too.

  While signing up all the information provided and even got the account creation confirmation message on my number. But unable to set username on the next page of signup process. Says something went wrong. When tried to login using the aadhar or registered number and pin it says invalid aadhar/mobile number or invalid pin. Not a straightforward process in digilocker please resolve this issue
