I have axis bank fasttag. It's not recharging. message comes your max limit of this month of Rs 5000 exceeded. But i have not used even Rs 1000. I called helpline number they says to send email it will be corrected. I mailed them they replied it will be rectified in 3 working days. How to travel now as i have to pay more amount on every day and 2 days have passed no action taken?
