I have applied for new Gst registration. After that i have been asked for a clarification for which I have replied last week. I have not received any reply from gst officer. On portal status is showing (clarification filed, pending for order). When will i get my GST no??

Wait for the updates from the AO usually they will approve if you have successfully given a satisfactory clarification they it takes almost 7days to give GSTN no. And if it's given in mid of a month need to file GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B for that month too. Also if no sales or no business for the month then also it's required to file return which can be nil.

You can upload the consent letter (NOC) from the father and building tax challan.
