If Aadhar authentication is done, then the officer has to respond in 7 working days by either accepting or by issuing notice for any clarifications required.

If your application is marked for a field visit then it may take 15 to 30 days for approval.

If Aadhar authentication is not done then a field visit is mandatory for the officer to approve your application.

This is the normal process flow.

You can request your jurisdictional officer in writing, asking if any other documents or details are required to process your application.
